Plastics Engineering Company, Sheboygan, WI | June 2025-August 2025 & June 2026-August 2026

As an industrial engineering intern, I was faced with optimizing the company's part storage. Management found that the task was too large for one intern when I identified immense discrepancies in stock values. I thus continued my internship implementing barcoding, dead stock identification and removal, and part description systems and procedures. In my second year I was faced with partial continuation of the parts system and the migration of the entire company’s calibration software, developing, improving, and implementing calibration procedures.

Sodexo, Mequon, WI | September 2024 - Present

I am Supervisor of Student Workers in the school cafeteria, where I am proficient in the operation, and effective management of all seven serving stations. In this position, I enforce food safety compliance, partake in bulk and catering food preparation, and lead a team of 11 student workers through disciplinary support, training, and general leadership duties.

I was a key member of the grounds crew maintaining one of the most visually apealing college campuses in Wisconsin.

I worked as a bartender at one of the busiest bars in my town forming customer company relationships and improving customer experiences. In my time at this institution, I improved my knowledge about alcohol and its distribution system through assisting in order lists and regular stock rotation.

PACSys Pty Ltd, Ballito, KZN, SA | February 2023 - November 2024

At PACSys, I filled a key position of support administration. My responsibilities filled most of the company's secondary stock orders and dispatch. I initiated the use of new work order documents and started writing new workshop and repair procedures. I was also trained in the complete repair and maintenance of the DJI Agras (T16 to T40) range.

During my stint with self-employment, on top of learning basic stainless-steel metallurgy, composite material prototyping, EDM wire cutting, and slip joint manufacturing, and found a newborn appreciation for supply chains and niche skill markets.
